tsQs Inc (Company NAME)’ Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage tsQs Inc (Company NAME)’ employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at tsQs (Company NAME) Inc.


Current employees of tsQs (Company NAME) are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company.

Incentives Offered

If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 90 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $500 USD. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.

Referral Procedure

Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting the HR directly. If the candidate referred by the employee is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly.  Upon meeting the requirements the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate name.

Should possess hands of experience on designing and executing automation scripts using Tricentis Tosca for Web based, Desktop applications and API Testing tools like SOAPUI, Postman

Responsible for testing of Salesforce apps: Functional testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Load Testing, Deployment testing, and Security Testing

  • Accessibility certification is a bonus: IAAP CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or the DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester designation. There is an expectation to achieve this within the year.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in performance testing (e.g., Certified Neoload Professional) are highly desirable.

  • Should possess hands-on experience in designing and executing automation scripts using Tricentis Tosca for Web-based, Desktop applications, and API Testing tools like SOAPUI, Postman.

Maintain a high level of situational awareness regarding all activities relevant to meeting project schedules and providing regular status updates to QA lead and relevant stakeholders.
